Annual Meeting Notice
The 2026 Channel Pointe Home Owners and Dock Owners Association annual meeting is set for October 4, 2026. The DOA meeting will immediately following the HOA meeting that begins at 3:00 PM. The meeting location is the Pavilion within Channel Pointe.
If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, please fill out the Proxy form that was emailed to you with the name of a person who will attend and can vote on your behalf. Proxy forms must arrive before the October 8th meeting begins.
The record date for new property owners to be able to vote in the October 4th election is a closing date of September 25, 2026.
